Jennifer Kate Hudson (born September 12, 1981)[1] is an American singer, songwriter and film actress. Hudson came to prominence in 2004 as one of the finalists on the third season of the FOX reality television series American Idol. She made her film debut in the 2006 hit Dreamgirls. She won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance, also winning a Golden Globe Award, a BAFTA Award and a Screen Actors Guild Award among many others.
She won a Grammy Award for her R&B/soul self-titled debut album, which was released in 2008 on Arista Records and soon certified gold by the RIAA for more than 500,000 shipped copies, spawning the hit single "Spotlight."






Hudson was born in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Darnell Donerson (died 2008) and Samuel Simpson (died 1999). She was raised as a Baptist[4] and attended Dunbar Vocational Career Academy, which she graduated from in 1999.[5] She cites Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, and Patti LaBelle as her overall biggest influences and aspirations.[6] She got her start in performing by singing with the church choir and doing community theater.

Peet attended Friends Seminary, then studied history at and graduated from Columbia University,[4] where she auditioned for acting teacher Uta Hagen and decided to become an actress after taking Hagen's class.[5] During her four-year period of study with Hagen, Peet appeared in the off-Broadway revival of Clifford Odets's Awake and Sing.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are competing in NBC's I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! and while talking to People, Heidi wants the world to know she's willing to eat a kangaroo penis. Even though nobody really asked her to:

I want to know for myself that I can do these challenges and that I'm as tough as anyone in the world," she says. "I'm not afraid of anything. [But] the biggest competitor is going to be Spencer. An NBC exec had to coax the newlyweds to remain on board.
"I wish they got some real celebrities like K-Fed," groused Montag, per the network insider.

Just to show how warped Heidi and Spencer's worldviews are, when given the opportunity to name a "real" celebrity her immediate thought was Kevin Federline. At least we know how high they're aiming, and that a quiet, obese existence is in the near future. -- Those are the most comforting words I've ever typed. (Not counting "vagina like a beanbag chair.")
